We will be presenting an industry paper “Data stream monitoring: quality, cost and clinical decision use cases” showing how we use our EventSwarm to implement real-time analytics solution in eHealth. We will also present a paper titled “Australian E health Interoperability Framework (eHIF):  from concepts to implementation”, outlining this new Australian Standard.

Andrew and Zoran have submitted a paper to the 17th IEEE EDOC conference in which they report on the implementation of the syndromic surveillance rules for monitoring data quality of HL7 V2 messages in near real-time. Zoran was selected to be part of the Australian HL7 delegation attending HL7 Cambridge Working Group meeting. Zoran will participate in meetings of the HL7 Architecture Review Board, continue leading the developments of the SOA Healthcare Ontology project and attend Clinical Document Architecture (CDA) standardisation efforts.

Deontik is teaming up with Intalio to present our BPMN course in tandem with an Intalio Enterprise Edition course in Sydney from 22-25 February 2010.

Deontik is pleased to annouce the EventSwarm framework for complex event processing (CEP). EventSwarm provides a programming framework for the Java language and supports a broad range of event processing patterns and abstractions that can be applied in many application domains.
